Posted by Jeremy Reese on October 11, 2015 at 9:50 AM

The Millville Community Fire Company Ambulance recently passed inspection and successfully received re-licensure from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Ambulance Services in Pennsylvania are required to be licensed by the Commonwealth and licenses must be re-newed every 3 years. The licensure approval and inspection process includes submisison of an application, training records, and other documentation along with an onsite inspection by a Department of Health Representive and the Seven Mountains EMS Council.

A team of both volunteer and paid EMS staff worked diligently during this process to assist and the fire company appreciates their efforts.

The fire company is also proud to be accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Health to continue to provide quality Emergency Medical Services to the residents of the Millville Community.
