Millville Community Fire Company

 Joined the company in 1996 as a junior firefighter for two reasons. 1. All of my friends were doing it and 2. I always liked to run and see the fire trucks go down the street when I heard the fire whistle. Joining changed my life and essentially became my life as Ive made a career out of Fire and EMS by working as an EMT and Dispatcher. Anyway I digress......spent 5 years as Ambulance Chief, 2 years as President, and Im now on my second year as 2nd Assistant Chief.  I think 230B has been my favorite office I have held in the company. Ive also become the unofficial grant writer for the fire company which makes more paperwork then I like but hey I cant fix fire trucks...strike that I cant fix anything so I contribute with writing grants. Thats one of my favorite things about our fire company, the fact that we have a diverse group of people with various skills that allow us to handle alot of things "in house" so to speak. Anyway Ill end my rambling with the fact that Im very proud to be a member of the company and be associated with its fine people and traditions.
